Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have tried other highly rated products (4.4 stars and above) to eliminate cat spray and urine odors. They worked initially but really only covered the smell. This product seems to actually remove odors permanently. It does take more of the product to remove old and heavily stained areas, but it works. The scent (green label) is light and pleasant unlike other products. I highly recommend it for those of you who have community cats who adopted you and are having trouble learning how to live inside give it a try.

Neutral smell. Not too strong. Does the trick for stinky animal stains and smells.

This is the only product I have ever found, and believe me I’ve tried everything on the market. that, actually works. The people that have left negative reviews saying it does not work are doing something wrong, they have to be using the wrong ratio or something. I swearthis stuff has been a lifesaver. I put what amounts to about 2 caps full in a 16 ounce bottle of water and treat whatever I need to. It doesn’t stain at all either. After I scoop my litter box. I just do one spray into the litter box. I can’t tell you how much of a game changer this has been. I am on my second bottle in four years, meaning one bottle of the concentrate lasts a very, very long time. I use the green label scent which I think is better than the original scent. You won’t be sorry!

Used this in my laundry room that's where we keep the cat litter box. My cat sometimes pees beside her box. I pulled everything out and moped in that room and I was amazed at how well it cleaned. The room smelled amazing and the smell lasted for days. I will be buying more.

It’s very easy to use, however, for just two spots of regular urine not spray…I’ve had to use it at least 10 times soaking the spots and I still smell the urine. The scent is pleasant. But it just isn’t working for me. I have a spayed 1 year old rescue cat that previously was an indoor/outdoor cat. She’s been to the vet and got a clean bill of health. Thank goodness for mattress protectors. But I’ve gone over & over the spots soaking them. It does dry quickly but there is still a faint smell of urine.

Did a good job of getting rid of the odor

I was spending A LOT of money on a product called Purrect Potion, Catastrophe Remover. It was spendy, but it also didn't list the ingredients except for having a hydrogen peroxide base. Well, I already purchase Harris 12% hydrogen peroxide from my local HD to clean up the daily litter box misses by one of my former feral kitties. Hydrogen peroxide alone wasn't getting out the odor and my kitty was still peeing in the same spots. So I mixed my HP as normal but then added Cat Odor-Off. GAME CHANGER!! So basically I have formulated my own Purrfect Potion because it works exactly the same! They must use the unscented, but I love the Fresh Scent. This stuff is a miracle product and it's saving my house from smelling like a litter box.
