This screws on like the stock shift knob and is a good replacement for the money

Doesn’t hold up in 80 degree weather. Each day it gets worse!!
It worked great until yesterday when it was 80 degrees and the glue started melting down the side and made a big sticky mess.

Great for the price
Works great on my 08 focus. The glue they use to hold the plastic cap thing with the shift pattern on it is total crap. Was loose straight out of the packaging, but a dab of super glue and it was good to go. For the price and the fact it had (overnight) prime shipping I'm very satisfied.
