Q: The pictures show hex shank on some. Which type are these? Both are shown in the pictures.

Do Not buy these bits. The shanks are round but the problem is the entire bit is made of mild steel. Absolutely NO carbide. I threw them away, total waste of money.

Q: In the fourth picture it says that apply to "anti-times board" anybody know what anti-times board is? Sounds really exotic.

Perhaps it means that after you discard these pieces of junk they will be in the past. Do not buy these. Mine went in the garbage.

Q: Will these cut epoxy resin? I'm trying to find a bit that will fit 1/4" round to cut holes in epoxy resin. Hex shank are larger than 1/4 round.

1/4 hex fit a 1/4 drill just like a round shaft however do not buy these. They are complete junk. I threw mine away.
