Q: any one know how many ounces or grams each mold hold?

The individual molds hold anywhere between 2 tablespoons to 3 tablespoons, the 6 larger connected mold holds 1/3 of a cup each. I just filled water into measuring cups and used a tablespoon and then poured into the molds. I hope this helps.
