Don’t expect Wasabi taste too much.
Too much acidity and not enough wasabi taste. I’m from Hawaii and wasabi is Wasabi! Too. Much vinegary tasting.

It's a sauce
Like a spicy mayo for sandwiches or a garnish for sushi, this is a nice addition with a prominent wasabi kick. Not to be confused with pure wasabi or wasabi paste.

The best hot wasabi sauce ever! I love making sesame encrusted ahi tuna. This hot wasabi sauce is creamy and savory with a good hot kick to it to make the ahi-encrusted tuna taste superb. Have bought it various times and am getting ready to purchase it again!

Wasabi isn't the main ingredient , my opinion is the label is a total misrepresentation, doesn't come close to the real wasabi
