I was looking for a perfume with a definite rose scent, but not overwhelmingly so. I took a chance on this, to my delight. This perfume definitely carries a subtle scent of roses, but so much more as well. It’s definitely a soft floral, with a powdery hint, and very feminine. All together, it is so much better than I had imagined. I love the scent, and even my husband, who rarely notices scents, has remarked on it and requested that I keep wearing it. He finds it alluring. It definitely exceeds my expectations! I get compliments from both men and women who step into my personal zone when I’m wearing it. It’s a light scent that does not carry much past my personal zone, which is highly desirable in a perfume. I would not want to overwhelm the room. I fear announcing my coming presence in advance, via smell. No worries with this one!I’m so glad Amazon carries this perfume, and at such a good price. I’m sure to be purchasing this again when I’m close to running out. Highly recommended!

It's verydifficult to find a true rose fragrance that's blended justright. This one is perfect. The true scent of roses is thetop note which gently blossoms into a slightly powdery floralwithout losing the rose. Truly feminine and romantic.My husband loves it on me and he's hard to please when itcomes to fragrance. He said this is definitely a "10".Don't be wary of ordering from Amazon at this low price.Both parfums that I ordered were in sealed, original boxes.These are not imitations or knock-offs; these are the real deal.At these prices, I'll be expanding my fragrance wardrobe whilesaving a bundle. I was hesitant to purchase this before sampling, but I am sOO happy I did!Sampled it on my wrist first and yuMM! Roses, are the main note, along with a hint of violets and I suspect jasmine as well. The meltdown is a smooth powdery rose. Super sexy!It is very classy and smells expensive!! I know this will not offend anyone as long as you do not overdo it.I was scared to purchase it because I doubted the price reflected the originality, but I was pleasantly surprised it was an original in the original box and wrapper. This is sold at Saks and Neiman for $90!!Thanks Amazon!!

I havs worn this scent for over 20 yrs. Priced higher than other popular scents and I've been gifted other scents which I quickly uss or don't finish as always drawn back to ths scebt. Long lasting and still being asked what this scent is. Have heard for yrs that this scent is being discontinued but able to find still and so happy Amazon carries.

I HATE IT!! Not for me!!! If you want to smell like a rosy old lady then THIS Is the scent for you. This is nothing as described and it's definitely not personal but we all have notes that match our bodies and this just doesn't do it for me. Unfortunately I can't even return it. I hate it so much I'd give it away!!

I get lots of compliments on this perfume, my boyfriend loves it. Others have commented on it smelling like a grandma and I would agree that it is a softer scent not a super citrusy/ bold one like some other perfumes. But I love it!

I was looking for a rose smelling perfume. In my mind I was looking for a "tea garden rose smell" like a fresh cut rose. This is not what this perfume smells like. This perfume does have a Rose smell in it and it is Good, but there are also other smells too. I believe there is maybe a slight vanilla smell...along with spice smell. I do like this perfume and wear it often. I was just looking for a plain "Fresh cut Rose smell; like a tea garden rose smell". This just isn't the smell I was looking for me!!!! I do thank you for a great price, fast delivery and a nice perfume!!!
