I purchased this bath bomb kit to do with my daughter, who loves kitchen science, but also making crafts. She and I made bath bombs in the past but ran out of ideas on all the varieties to make. This kit has a terrific booklet with fun and easy to follow recipes. We decided to make the rainbow bath bombs and made four different colors and used two different molds. Note that to make any of the bath bombs you will need corn starch and baking soda, neither of which are included in the kit. That said, I bought both for a whopping $2 total! There is also enough material (citric acid, glycerin, etc.) in the kit to make 20+ bath bombs (I am guessing here, but we have plenty left over) but we only made three bath bombs. I think this kit would make a fun gift for any budding kitchen scientist or crafter in your life ...

I purchased this stem project for my 2 daughters who are age 10 & 8. I liked that the kit only required a few additional household ingredients that we had in our baking cupboard. The instructions were very easy for my children to follow and understand. This stem project captivated my daughter’s attention for a full 2 hours. My only criticism of this product is the end result did not hold it shape of the bath bomb. We used all of the glycerine, so I am not sure why the molds did not hold their shape. Overall, this is a great stem project that I would purchase again.

My daughters love STEM activities so I purchased this bath bomb kit. This kit is educational and fun for children. My children could prepared the bath bombs all by themselves and it’s less messy in comparison to other similar product in the market. They love such kitchen science so we’re very excited to learn the science behind the bath bombs. My little one was excited to see the bath bombs actually works. Most of the ingredients required for the project come in the kit and required almost zero involvement from parents. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone.

Great concept but felt it was almost impossible for the bombs to stay together. They kept breaking!

My girls had fun creating these bath bombs. We struggled a little with getting the consistency just right but made it work. We enjoyed making the large flower bomb and they liked the idea of having half spheres instead of joining them into a ball. They worked great in the bath tub! Lots of ooos and aaahs.

My 12 year old daughter loved this product. The bath bombs were easy to make and the molds provided a variety of shapes to create. It was a quick, fun activity for her. I would recommend creating a work surface with a plastic tablecloth to reduce cleanup time. Overall a perfect experience !!

Really cheap not worth the money at all you barely get anything in this kit.

Too much of a mess. The girls were 12 and 14 and the power was stuck in the couch and carpet.
