The book is very well made. I love the symbol on the front cover beneath the book jacket. I was hoping for more. Giving 4 stars because there aren’t really any actual myths in this book. It’s more of a commentary with some footnote quotes from Inuit Elders. It only took about an hour and a half to read. I’m looking for something much more comprehensive.

Exactly what I wanted and more Growing up in Alaska I had heard a few legends and tales about Native faeries, etc. but knew very little, still. This book has them all. The illustrations are wonderful and together they elevate the book to perfection. Not a light read, but informative and enlightening.

This book opens up a fascinating world of dark mythology with exquisite art.

This is a book for all. The artists provides an unbelievable picture and is 10 out of 10. Excellent.

The artwork in this book is dazzling. It lends itself perfectly to the guided journey into the history and legends that the volume details. It's the sort of book you intentionally leave out for friends to look through...and be envious of. It's a wonderful addition to any collection of native style art.
