I had 6 IPL sessions done at a spa 10 years ago for my underarms and the results still lasted up until today. I was so happy with the results that I bought another 6 sessions at a different spa (a few years ago) for my bikini area. The technician didn't turn it up to full power until my last visit. Disappointing. So although my hair growth was noticeably thinned out, I still had a lot of hair. Yes, I'm fully aware that different areas can yield different results. When I saw this on a list of recommended at-home IPL units, I figured what do I have to lose?I've had it for a few months now. I haven't been as aggressive with the usage as what is recommended in the instruction book but I've used this about a dozen times so far and there's absolutely progress. It's not bare as a baby's butt... more like very thin peach fuzz. There are spots that are balder than others - which I'm aware of since I was educated of this during my spa session consultations. I have no doubt that before the 99000+ zaps are used up in this product that I will have the results I desire. And even if it's not fully to that point of hairlessness, at least I didn't shell out several hundreds of dollars to chance going to another spa or hair removal place only to get subpar results. I recommended this to my friends who go in on the regular for waxing appointments.Now... the downside is that the item is awkwardly large - imagine it being the size of a small blowdryer (like the ones you find at motels/hotels) but the nose is just a bit longer. It's easy enough to use but can get bulky if you're trying to get it into harder to reach areas. Forbthat, I recommend you find help from someone else.

The media could not be loaded. How the IPL came in the mail was nice. There were no instructions in the box, so that left me reviewing even more reviews on Amazon and YouTube. The machine is nice. I like how it came with a razor. So I tested out my entire face, neck, underarms and legs. I used the machine on 3 and that was to much of a shock trying out at first. (I get laser done regularly at a salon) Needless to say work your way up and dont just jump in to strong levels. So I used a level 1. So far I'm not sure how often in can do treatments. So I will start out with just once a week. I will come back in a week to show and tell if there are any results. Also make sure you use the protection glasses. The light is very bright and gets stronger for each level.

I got this device and was pleasantly surprised that it came with very detailed instructions. It explains the cycle of hair growth (I understand it because I work in beauty) so therefore the process of complete hair removal is lengthy. Once you understand it, the instructions make sense. The most important thing to know before you start using it SHAVE AS CLOSE AS YOU CAN! It will help illuminate the burning of the hair, it feels slightly hot where the hair is not well shaved. the other important thing to know that once you are out of 500,000 flashes it won't be working anymore, so it not a unlimited life time use. But you should be able to achieve the result by then I am on week 2 now, and some areas are showing slower hair growth. I will post the update. it comes with the cooling panel that you can use after the treatment, I didn't need it, but its a nice touch! Make sure to pt some nice body cream after to condition your skin!

Receiving this product... First use today。The rest of the day was used at home，Because there's more hair on the legs and on the little arms，Always trying to get rid of it。I followed the instructions，Give it a shave with the razor first，Then put on your glasses and start using them、 The first flash of light still startled me，It'll take a while to get used to it。It worked really well。No pain after use， It's amazing…。 I will continue to use it in the directions，I believe there will be better results。

This thing is terrifying to use. It constantly sparks. I don’t know if that’s normal or not because the directions are very poorly translated. I’m too scared to use it most of the time, so I have no idea if it works.

I would only recommend this for people who have very thin hair already. I have thick dark hair and it did nothing to my hair over the 6 months that I have had this product. Don’t waste money, save up and get the real deal from a professional!

Easy to use. Easy to hold. Works great. It is also easy to remove and wash. I have been using it for two days and I have seen a little progress. I will keep using it and look forward to seeing the promising result.

This came used :( it had a booger with a hair wiped on the product which I ignored possibly as something else. It did not come wrapped, and some of the light pulses had already been used :(
