I was waiting for it to arrive. I just used it a little before it works fine to remove small hairs and working good for me.I would suggest to give it a try.

This was a great product but it already stopped working after less than 6 months

I had heard great things about epilators and wanted to try one out. Unfortunately, this epilator doesn't work as described. I tried it on my facial hair and underarms and it didn't even get half the hairs out. I would not recommend this tool if you're wanting to get rid of those coarse hairs because this doesn't get rid of hardly any. It's extremely painful and not worth the money.

Fantastic product well worth the purchase. I’ve used a couple of the features and I am really impressed. Potential gift idea in the future.

The epilator only spins in one direction, there is no button to switch direction for when youre using it on a different side, this makes it annoying because you have to hold it a certain way with your left hand to even get a few hairs out. I have used epilators for years and find that this one doesnt really pull much hair out at all.

This is a nice little set, with everything you need. Works great. Epilator works better than expected

I am so happy with this shaver set. It is gentle on my skin, yet very powerful and the face washing brush is a delight. I have everything I need for traveling in a small set. Highly recommend.

I haven't used all the heads so can't give a 5 *.Easy to use with large handle for arthritic hands.
