We loooove these noodles!! I took a cooking class in Italy and learned how to make my own noodles. I have been making my own for years, which is very time consuming. When I saw these noodles I figured they would be a good back up if I didn’t have time to make my own. They are wonderful!! I’ve cooked them for many people and they all say that it’s some of the best pasta they have ever eaten! They also cook really fast (4 mins) which is another plus!

Celiacs....Just an fyi...I found these noodles doing a "gluten free noodle" search. My bad, didn't read the ingredients completely. They are not gluten free. Semolina is wheat and very high in gluten. They cannot be returned.January 22, 2012Just the idiosyncratic, despicable celiac here and OK, have to be fair. I ended up giving gave the noodles to my grandkids and they tell me they are the best noodles they have ever had, where did I get them?. Of course I told them. They remain full of gluten,and still come up on a "gluten free" search, but they are absolutely delicious according to four children and their parents.

this is the best pasta. Perfect wide noodles. Not that much comes in the package though, but tastes great with sauce

I ordered this pasta, thinking it was gluten-free, as it came up in the gluten-free search on Amazon. My fault, I guess, because I didn't look at it closely enough. I am just irritated with both myself and the company as it was not inexpensive. Of course, I have not tried it since I have celiac disease, but I am sure the rest of my family will enjoy it as per the other reviews I read before I purchased it. If I had read further down the review list, I would have seen the review by the person who did the same thing as I did.

taste delicious and I was surprised how much it helds its form even though I cooked it for 7 minutes and then cooked it further with the home made spicy tomato and shrimp sauce. I am not sure about it serving four - more like three, but then it could be we loved it so much a little bit more was appreciated!The ingredients are simple and pure - just the way we like it. Also the packaging was simple without too much plastic.Great value on Vine (thanks).

I developed, over the years, what appears to be a gluten sensitivity. All of a sudden pastas/noodles, breads, and a bunch of stuff was off the table because I'd ache for days after eating anything that contained gluten. There was a discussion about gluten and other things in a plant-based-eating group I'm in, and someone suggested that I try things made with ORGANIC wheat. I tried these noodles, and was thrilled. NO pain the day after. They're light, they're delicious, and I will definitely buy them again.

I thought that I wanted wide egg noodles. The taste is good but the noodles are too wide for my liking.
