I bought this as I have been suffering from shoulder pain and stiffness. I do a physical job and felt that I was becoming quite hunched and round shouldered. Reading other reviews about it being uncomfortable I thought, well surely it’s doing its job? I’m a size 14/16. I ordered a large. First time I put it on it was a bit tight, however, the item was supplied with an expander, if the item was too small, which I thought was a good call from the supplier. I managed to fasten mine ok and did not need mine. I do feel it is very comfortable and doesn’t hurt. My bra fits nicely over the top. Good product.

Far too small, couldn't breathe! While good quality the large was no where near big enough for my size 14, it was so tight under my boobs even after 10 mins I was struggling to breathe and was red raw. Perhaps that's why it rubbed at the arm as well, digging in painfully. If this fits you it could work but the large was too small for a size 14 so make the right choice for you.

These really do help a lot with my bad posture. I do find them impossible to wear with my normal (underwire) bras unless I wear them under the bra, but otherwise they're great. I bought the largest size, as I'm a 36, and it is a little tight, but I can still wear it for long periods, so it's not too bad. Even when not wearing them I now find myself more aware of my posture than before, which is great.

I think reviews are great , I always read them before buying , so i will try and be as honest and as helpful as i can be . This product was to small which could be my fault for ordering it to small , however , when i did manage to get it on and brought the strap round the front it didn't straighten my posture . The only help this was , was when i simply left it loose , and then it reminded me to straighten up .

Good for posture but very small sizes so cant wear it long

I should have taken more notice of the reviews as the large was too tight and I am a size 14/16. I can see how it would work on the shoulders but was much too small under my bust.

Item was sized medium. It was minute.. looked like it was made for a doll. Quality appears ok. I would advise you buy a large size. I'm a 12 and there is no chance it would fit
