24210 12V Power Pak Add-On Motor Kit – Motored Upgrade for BAL Scissor Jacks and C-Jack Stabilizers – Boxed Kit for 2 Jacks

The motors were easy to install on a Grand Design Imagine with scissor jacks. The instructions were not very helpful. Running 10 AWG THHN to switches and batteries is the most difficult part. I used heat shrink butt connectors covered in electrical tape. Wires were wire tied to existing bundles where possible

Great product and works great. Very easy to set up and install. They work well and make it easy to lower the jacks. One key factor, they only work with a few jacks and I had to purchase BAL jacks to make them work correctly.

I installed these, 4 units, 3 seasons ago and they started worked intermittently after the first season. At first one would act up randomly but always managed to work to some degree. This season one stopped working completely, another didn't work 90% of the time and the other 2 worked 70% of the time. Figuring these were out of warranty I decided to take them apart and see what the issue was. Well the issue was clearly that they are NOT waterproof. They all leaked at the wire entry and accumulated corrosion which led to the brushes sticking and the unit failing. They have a total of under 10,000 miles drive time exposed to the weather! Shame on this company for doing such a dismal job. A huge embarrassment for Made in USA.

bought these in april. it was hard for me to bend down to lower my scissor jacks because of recient surgery and my wife is no spring chicken,so we installed the power pack and put them on the front jacks. worked great,so we ordered another set for the rear of our trailer. i highly reccomned anyone to purchase them. they are a life savor.

powerful motors are able to bend the screw shafts on the jacks . in my case the pads were froze down and while retracting them they bent the screw shafts on the jacks.

Great product and easy to use. You will need some extras to install.

First, the package came incomplete. I called Nordico (manufacturer), they sent me out the missing pieces right away, so GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THEM! Installed everything....one motor is dead, other rattles like it's going go to die. Called Nordico again, they mailed out two motors with paid return boxes for the bad ones.So, while I've had some trouble with the install and getting going, the company has been great to work with!

I really like these. I had to modify the mounts because I have a different brand of jack but they make life much easier. Bal customer service is also great. I lost 1 rocker switch and inquired about buying a replacement and they sent me one free of charge and it was my mistake.I do have one motor that may be weaker than the others or possibly failing, but Havnt had a chance to investigate.
