I originally posted a negative review for the front-output model of this printer as for some reason Amazon shipped me a used item that was missing parts so I couldn’t even test it! The supplier contacted me and offered their apologies and sorted out the situation in a few days. Unfortunately the model I wanted was out of stock but a similar version was available so I got that model instead. The rest of this review is about the ITPP066 printer from MunByn.As shown in the photos it arrived well packaged with items separated by cardboard dividers and everything individually wrapped. A short roll of paper is included for testing/setup, along with a helpful cheat sheet for getting started which includes links to download the manual and drivers in case you don’t have a CD drive anymore.The second photo shows the ports on the back. This model includes USB, ethernet, and RS232. The Amazon pictures actually show a slightly different model which has no ethernet and has a 25 pin serial port instead of the more common 9 pin. I bought based on the description rather than the picture and was not disappointed! Printer configuration is done with a set of DIP switches on the bottom under a cover, with the settings referenced on a sticker on the back of the printer, but these settings are also shown on the inbuilt device test print which I thought was a nice touch. The driver install was straightforward, the test software isn’t quite as easy but with some guesswork it does operate as expected!

This makes a excellent kitchen printer with a loud audible alert and blue flash light. Very fast printing speeds and the way the paper comes out makes it easy picking up the tickets. Excellent design backed with excellent support.Great value for money.Thank you David.
