It’s so good for stretching and it’s so sturdy 🫶

Bought this for my daughter who is a dancer. This works perfect for her and has helped her improve her flexibility. However, I will add this piece of advice: anyone who *thinks* they are limber and can do this in their mind needs to use !caution! Because yes, I was that person who said, "let me put my foot behind me and pull it up" (remembering my limber days of cheer in school over 25 years ago!). Well yeah... as the floor suddenly came closer to my face I realized I was about to face plant right there in my daughter's room. So what did I do? Well naturally holding onto the strap I pulled harder reaching upward to keep from hitting the floor with my face which only pulled my back leg up even higher! I was saying "whooaaa" and I was semi swinging outward losing balance and going closer to the floor, face first. My daughter casually walked over to me and pushed my leg that was half way in the air down before I completely wiped out on the floor. That was a close one! So yeah, use caution if you *think* you can do this. (LOL)

Great for stretches. Really help with my flexibility

Great concept and some aspects of this model work well. The strap hardware, not so much. It’s flimsy and not even welded together where the ends meet. They flex quite a bit so I wonder if that added pressure to the parry that failed. Anyway, I was going to keep the strap and look for replacement hardware. But the strap itself looks like it will fray at the end with not a ton of use. We have three girls in gymnastics and they see the benefit in this kind of stretching but this particular option was a fail for us. It will get a lot of use and the quality isn’t high enough to make it last. It wasn’t expensive but even a replacement won’t fix the root failure point. I’m returning, sadly.

Love this strap! My 8 year old is a competitive Irish dancer who struggles with flexibility. She loves using this strap and is getting results. Her teacher also thinks it’s great! We will purchase another so she can have one at her dads house as well.

I like that the product works as described. This product at regular price is way overpriced. Even at the sale price and free shipping I felt this product should be max of $25 with taxes and delivery. Also pulling the nylon line to lift your leg works like this if your really flexible it is easy, if your stiff and inflexible it will be really hard to keep your leg up. I had to really gather up a lot of nylon to hold on to it.
