I bought these bags for gifts for some ladies who went on a mission trip with me. I made them a little care package with several things in it. They are durable canvas material and will hold a lot of stuff! The handles are longer so that you can put them on your shoulder with ease. Perfect for giving gifts or for storage.

I am writing this review because I have seen a lot of bad reviews that I do not feel this product deserves. I have bought these twice now (24 bags in total) and I found that they were a good value and quality for the price. Are they high end Heavy Duty Canvas bags, well no, but you are not paying for that. I purchased the Natural and the Dk. Grey (Grey). First off I found the quality to be what I expected for 1.67 per tote (12 pk). Mine were sewn well and no flaws. The Dk. Grey was not see through, and honestly my favorite. The Natural was only slightly see through. They take acrylic paint very well, and I had no issues stenciling on them with Folk Art Multi Surface Satin and GAC 900 fabric medium. Now let’s talk washing. First they are 100% cotton, so yes they will shrink some. I mean come on folks, do your jeans shrink when you wash them? But if washed in cold water and air dried, they only shrunk 1” on length and width. Even when I purposely tried to shrink them and washed in scalding hot water and put in a hot dryer, then shrinkage was only 1 1/4” on length and width. Ironing: It’s cotton so you need to use a cotton setting and a water mister. They ironed up nicely. The only thing I did notice was the size was not the same on the Grey bags, mine were actually 1” longer than stated. This was not an issue for me, but something to consider. Please take a look at my pics, I show my findings in detail. I hope this helps those who are looking for an honest, non-biased review on the Atmos Green Tote bags.

I was hesitant to purchase these bags because some reviews said they received bad bags. I received all bags in perfect condition and as some reviews said, they are not super thick and heavy duty by far. They are lightweight but very sturdy for what I needed them for. I used them as Easter bags instead of using Easter baskets. I had the kids write their names and draw on them with permanent markers and the markers did not bleed through to the other side (I was concerned about that). I have a cricut machine and planned to iron on the kids names but ran out of time so I didn't do that. But I do have some bags left and I do plan to use iron on vinyl on these. They are sturdy enough for it. I am extremely pleased with the quality of these bags. Again, not for heavy use like holding a gallon of milk when grocery shopping or school books, but definitely light to medium use like holding veggies at the market or your beach towel and accessories for the beach. These are perfect for kids to color and use as a Halloween candy bag or a birthday party favor bag filled with goodies.

These seem to be well made, strong though light weight, and a good size, but they are not 100% cotton. I have worked as a professional clothing and fabric dyer for over 20 years, and can see that when I dye these bags at full saturation the color is still a bit washed out- i.e. they are probably 80-90% cotton and 10-20% something else. They are still are a really good deal for the price but if you need them to be 100% cotton they are definitly not that.

I bought these to print on (I do block-printed textiles and wanted to make a line of bags to go with the rest of the garments) and 1) of course they're wrinkly when you wash them and throw them in the dryer. ???????? it is truly frustrating to watch how much knowledge we've lost regarding the care and keeping of different types of fabric. if you want cotton that lays perfectly flat straight out of the dryer, you're looking for a POLYcotton BLEND, and a poly-heavy one at that. this fabric dries like linen/muslin, which is fine. line-dry gets it flat, and a quick steam with an iron gets it super-crisp in like 15 seconds. if you're looking to screenprint with plastic-based ink, I might avoid these for that precise reason, as customers will probably either complain that it's wrinkly or try to iron it & ruin the screen ink. if you are aware of fabrics and looking for solid colorways, this collection is great. color listing is accurate, I got one of each listed and they were all quite nice. fabric is probably 90% opaque when wet, thin but not by any means transparent, and the thickness of the fabric itself is adequate for making inexpensive totes.

Nice muslin bags, good value! I washed one up and it came out nice, not shriveled up or wrinkly, which was great since I was applying an iron-on transfer.

Purchased these bags for giveaways to increase sales at vendor events/holiday boutiques. Added company logo (purchased from Ninja Tranfers), bags took and held iron on easily. They’re a nice presentation; well made, straight seams, strong stitches, good size, and wash well. Look better after a wash IMO. Hoping they go quickly. I’ll definitely buy again.

I ordered these bags to do machine embroidery on for gifts. These are just basic tote bags with no pockets or zippers. However they are exactly what I expected to get. I am pleased with the quality. They are not a heavy weight fabric. They look very nice once they are embroidered. These will be used as teacher gifts for my grandson’s teachers. Inexpensive gifts are hard to come by, especially with inflation. So these bags are right at $2.00 and then add the embroidery to personalize and you have a nice inexpensive gift.
