PROS-charges as quickly as using an Apple lightening USB cable to a power outlet-not bulky at all-came SUPER fast, ordered it May 9th, delivered May 11thCONS-it’s very light so sometimes I put my phone on it in a rush and my phone just falls over but that’s more of a me being lazy problemI’ve used it for about 3 weeks now and have no complains other than learning about how lazy and how much of a rush I’m always in. My family is overseas on assignment - this is a life savor when facetiming with them! It firmly holds my phone in place, and replaces the battery automatically as it drains! Great for following recipes in the kitchen as well. Really no complaints. I'm going to buy flat charger for my desk at work. No more wires.

Will not work properly for my phone- probably because my phone is older. It WILL charge, but not fast, maybe even slower than normal. It also cycles back and forth between the black screen and a charging screen- not good when it's on your nightstand and you're trying to sleep and it keeps lighting up.

Was perfect did not make my phone heat up charged right through my case. The BAD failed after 3 weeks in the middle of charging leaving me with a 20% charged phone when I woke up .. Just kept flashing blue over and over , Tried multiple chargers that it did work with before and nothing it was KIA :(

Plugged into both a computer and a wall outlet. Both times it started charging and showed a green light. Shortly after, it began flashing blue and stopped charging. I tried it with an OtterBox and without an OtterBox. Tried repositioning it, tried changing the cord it came with, and tried a different outlet. Same result each time. Really bummed about this because it looked nice on my desk at work.

The product looks great, is very slimline and works really well, except if your phone case has a pop socket attached to the back. In that case, the charger doesn't recognize the phone and it won't charge. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again except for that issue.

well I didn't keep the box etc so I am going to eat it for dinner.. quit charging my Samsung s 8 plus.. only blu light flashing at all times, tried positioning same worked fine first 3 wees and the stopped..... oh well its my 3rd charger so far.... don't buy it

I have been using this product for a week and totally loving it. The product is well made and sturdy and I am quite impressed with the charging speed. The lights do a good job in indicating the status of the charge and also I can quickly locate my phone by just finding the light :)Happy to make this purchase, finally a fast charger which is fast!
