Great resistance
These fins are fantastic, though the blue ones are even better. I teach aquatics and use these fins in my step class and aqua aerobics class. My students love them.

The product is well made and comfortable. However the company should provide more information concerning the difference between the green and blue fins. The green offered so little resistance for me that I would have preferred the blue fins but was not provided enough information to make an educated decision in that respect.

Great in the water
I like using my AquaLogix Green High Speed Aquatic Fins. I tried other ones at the pool and they were too loose. These fit my ankles and don't move around.

Great added resistance for in pool workouts... Comfortable. Not over done.
Honest review here. These are a great added resistance to your pool workout. They aren't a super hard addition but add some resistance which works for me. They are well made and easy to use.You get 2 pairs of these that can be used on your ankle or arms. They create drag or resistance while working out. There are 4 blades that are 4 inches long on each one. They are comfortable, do not rub or create irritation. I can definitely recommend.

Useless.
So little resistance it's a waste of time putting them on.

Just okay, and overpriced
At $60 for the pair, these are way overpriced. For what you're getting, these should be priced at about half that. What I found using them is that they tend to rotate around the ankle with any fast movements, and these are the ones that are supposed to be for fast movements. To some extent you can tighten them up to prevent this, but the way they are designed prevents you from getting them really tight. If they were tight enough to not rotate at all, they might start to cut off circulation to your feet. You can still use them with some rotation, but I expect that with that going on for a while you're going to have chafing/skin abrasions. I tried them briefly and was not impressed, so I took them off.I like the idea of having something to add resistance for leg movements, but I don't think this is going to be a good option for most people.
