In my L-50 B Laptop , where we had battery issues from beginning and Toshiba RIP refused 10 years ago to do anything , the laptop with the original and one generic couldn't hold the charge not even for 5 minutes. With this battery I can worke now work hours long without having to plug it in . So my Laptop is portable again . Only at the beginning the performance of Laptop vas very frustrating, sluggish, I even had to shut it off manually .

This fits my Toshiba Satellite L75 just right, takes a charge OK and has good run time. I downgraded it by one star because the amber/white charge indicator on the laptop front edge doesn't function with this battery installed. It doesn't show the wrong status; it doesn't light up at all. I haven't had it long enough to say how well it holds up over time.

Quick response. Correct part. Laptop is working again. Computer indicates battery life at 4 hours. I have no idea if that is good or bad, but Im thrilled that it's working

This replacement battery had a usable life 6 months. I am aware that the warranty is only 30 days, however, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect at least 2 years of service from it. After all, the original battery supplied with the laptop had a usable life of 7 years. My wife and I both purchased the same model Toshiba laptops on the same day. Because she has the same laptop I have, I was able to try this defective battery in her laptop, along with her charger, to eliminate the possibility of my laptop or charger being defective. Additionally, I installed her battery in my laptop and tried to charge her good battery with both our battery chargers. Results: (1) The defective battery would not charge in her laptop with either of our chargers. (2) The good battery would charge in both laptops with either charger. Conclusion: The battery purchased in November 2022 is defective. I alerted the Amazon Store where the battery was purchased about this defective battery almost 1 week ago. I have NOT received any response. All the business I've conducted with Amazon vendors, this is the first time I've had a concern over a product purchase ignored. HEADS UP PEOPLE. THEY HAVE A 30 WARRANTY FOR A REASON. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE GUYS...IT APPEARS YOU TRULY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. UPDATE: Product was purchased Nov. 2022. It is now July, 2023. NO RESPONSE from the vendor regarding the defective battery I purchased from them. A "new" replacement battery was ordered from this vendor to replace the original battery, that worked flawlessly for 7 years until it's useful life expired. SIX MONTHS WAS THE USEFUL LIFE OF THE BATTERY SUPPLIED BY THIS VENDOR. The "30 day warranty" from this vendor is all that's needed to understand the level of trust the vendor can be afforded. It would be different if they responded to the multiple attempts to correspond with them. ..........CRICKETS.......... No...they got their money...and that's all that matters. But, never again...not from me.

Bought to replace the battery in my Toshiba Satellite L50-B-147 laptop. Works a treat so far and only had to undo 2 screws to install it.

I can't recall how old my Toshiba Satellite laptop is, but the battery only had seconds of power left in it. It was great to be able to find a completely compatible replacement. I think my laptop must have been running at conserved power for some time. The screen is so much brighter and crisp now.
