Bad fit/ back slipping HACK!!
I tried two different sizes in this shoe. I usually wear a 40 or 41, so to be safe I ordered a 41. However. It was way too big! It fit at the toe box, but was too wide and loose in the back. I felt like I was wearing flip flops! So I ordered a 40. These were a little small I'm the toe box, but 40s usually are at first for me and then they stretch out so I wasnt worried about that. However, I still had the too loose/ slipping in the back problem, which I found odd. I tried heel inserts on the back of the shoes, but they still weren't quite right. But THEN upon inspecting the shoe further, I found the problem. I have pretty narrow feet, so there was a decent amount of space between the top of my foot and the top of the shoe, causing my foot to raise up more than it would in a tighter shoe. I suppose for people who's feet swell these shoes are perfect, so the design makes sense. However, it poses a problem for those of us with more narrow feet. But dont worry! You can still wear this super cute style! What's the secret you ask? Take the heel inserts out from the back of your shoes, and put them under the opening on the top of the shoes. Voila! No more gap between the top of your foot and the top of the shoes. My feet also dont slide forward too much and so the toe box fits better as well. So if you are having this problem but really like this style, dont panic! It's a simple fix! Also, if they are tight, they stretch. Give them a few days and they'll be great.

A little snug but nice once broken in. True to size.

Very comfortable!
The media could not be loaded. For working, I’m on my feet for several hours and they are very comfortable without any pain in my feet.

Very comfortable all day
I'm an RN and have been wearing these for 12 hour shifts. My feet dont hurt at all at the end of the day. I didnt even break them in, they were perfect from day 1. These were worth every penny. My old ones lasted 7 months. Shortly after I bought replacement liners the foam in the backs fell out. Should've just bought a mew pair then. Still worth every penny. I bought flower patterned ones this time and they're beautiful.Edit: this is my 4th pair of these. I love the new design because its not as dark as most of the others.. This floor nurse won't buy any other type of nursing clog!

Comfortable
I wear about a size 9 1/2 and have several pairs of Danskos. Those shoes hurt the top of my foot so I thought I would try another brand. These are comfortable and have plenty of room in the toe area. I will say that they are a little loose on my foot which is unusual as I have a wide foot. I put on a thicker sock and it is perfect, much better than the top of my foot hurting.

Amazingly comfortable!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these shoes. I'm a nurse and work in a hospital 12 hour shifts at a time in almost 20 years of my career i've tried a ton of different shoes. Shoes with air, shoes with springs, orthopaedic shoes, you name it. I found these about 7 years ago. I Will NOT wear any other shoe to work or even a long day out and about. I own 5 pairs of different Alegria shoes. I've even converted my husband to wearing them. They look good with my jeans or scrubs. Can't say enough about them.

Great shoe!
If you have high arches and a wide foot, Alegrias are the only shoe to buy. They are just the best when you're on your feet for long periods. The only drawback is the cork footbed. A couple of the Alegrias I own, squeak with every step because of the cork. So far these aren't squeaking and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they won't.

Good shoes
I bought these to work in as I am always on my feet working in a cafeteria. The support and comfort are perfect! However, I wear about an 8 1/2-9 and I ordered a 39 which is more along the lines of a 9-9 1/2. They were a little too loose on my feet to work in. I ordered another pair in 38 and they fit perfect!
