I tried charging this on a couple of different high quality chargers that fully support PD (one @ 100W max even though this battery only accepts 18W max). I doubt the 2-4 hours of charging time using PD @ 18W is accurate at all. It takes at least 5 hours (or more I'll time it later) to go from 0 to 100%. It isn't a deal breaker because once it is fully charged you get tons of battery life (I've been needing it for Nier: Automata).The grips help a bit but the right grip seems a bit off. It doesn't completely fall off but you can tell that the left is far more secure than the right when using it. It is usually not noticeable but it is a thing.It does add quite a bit of weight to the Switch. This is probably pretty obvious since it's a giant battery attachment. I didn't find it made me uncomfortable enough to stop playing because of it but this should be taken into account if you are considering purchasing this. I like the design the the locking mechanism that rests on top of the switch that you use to lock it in place will easily dislodge a little bit if you grab the Switch from the top. Totally minor but it can be a little irritating. It's too bulky for an existing Switch carrying case. If you want to keep this thing on then make sure you have a larger carrying case for your switch.Overall a decent addition to the switch for the price. I am a little disappointed in the ridiculously slow charging time. Make sure you charge it up if you sleep. If you have to run through the Switch + the battery you're going to need some hours even with a highly rated charger.

This is incredible..I can actually feel the vibration when holding it while playing games and I’m do glad I got it ..it’s made solid and sturdy and it is a great buy if you are wanting more thrills to your games ..a good purchase and I’ll be looking out for more like these for sure ..!!

Will burn up switch charger so do charge it with your switch cord

My little monster broke the kickstand off his Switch so I began my search for a replacement. Came across this gem that includes a kickstand, protective Switch case, and an external battery charger. Not a bad price too. This is a great all in one case.ProsDurability - I can attest after a few drops this thing is built like a tank. It's rock solid and sturdy. Even the controller protectors are built like a Sherman M4 tank.Storage - Each controller grip has a space for you to store one Switch cartridge. With a game in the slot, you can have a total of 3 games with you at all times without the need of an external carry case.USB C - The top lid flips up allowing you to slide the Switch into the USB C slot on the bottom. Then you flip the lid back down to lock the Switch in place. The back of the battery case has a USB C slot to charge. 4 blue lights will blink from 1 to 4 lights to indicate how much charge you have left. 4 solid lights means it's fully charged. Since the arrival of this case, we have yet to completely drain the Switch's battery and the battery pack.Kickstand - This is what I originally was searching to replace on the Switch. The kickstand does its job here adequately but oftentimes I find that the young Padawan doesn't even need it. You see, when the case is attached, the bottom pretty much doubles in size so that it sits upright at a 90 degree angle just fine. Only when an angle is beneficial (lighting / glare, etc.) do the young Jedi's flip out the kickstand to alter the angle for better viewing.ConsWeight - The battery pack / case adds a bit of heft to it. Younglings will probably get tired quicker of holding the Switch with the added weight (so they may play less and decide to go outside and play throw sand on my little sister). Or they may just use the kickstand and pull out the Joy-Cons.

I have a launch Switch and the battery life is down to about two hours or less before I need to recharge it. The 10000mAh Battery Charger Case for Nintendo Switch by YOBWIN spectacularly fit the bill. The battery lasts about 5 to 8 hours depending on the game and other settings. It fits onto the back of the console very snugly and stays in place.While it looks great in black attached to the console, one thing that you will need to consider is the weight of the unit, however. It is pretty heavy, and maybe too heavy for a child or a smaller person. I'm a big guy so it doesn't bother me much, but it may prove tiresome holding it for a long gaming session if you are smaller than I am. Luckily, there is a built in stand on the back that is wide and pretty sturdy.There is also spaces in the grips that come in the set to hold a game. One on each side. In addition, there is a USB port so you can charge other devices while you are charging your Switch. It comes with a short USB-C cord but no wall adapter. I charged it for the first time with my Switch charging cord and it worked just fine. It will even TurboCharge if you have a rapid charger. There are also four blue lights that will stay lit to let you know what percentage of battery life is remaining.Overall, I have to say that I am impressed with this device. The Switch's battery life is abysmal but with the Charger Case, it has solved my problem, and for the price, you can't beat it. The weight issue may be a turnoff for some but if you don't mind playing in the tabletop mode, you simply will not be disappointed.

A little bulky and heavy, but otherwise does the job after 2 years of use. The stand broke after about 16 months of occasional use. As many have mentioned, it's made of "cheap hard plastic."

All I gotta say is there hasn't been a single sit down to play on my switch that I've ever had it die an I dont dock
