Tastes like normal pasta!
Bought this to make a family favourite pasta dish and so my gluten-intolerent daughter didn't miss out.It takes a little longer to cook (about 12-13 mins) but tastes delicious, and to be honest, I couldn't tell the difference between this and normal pasta.

La Rummo è sicuramente la migliore pasta commerciale senza glutine, la consiglio non perde mai la cottura e risulta sempre al dente al punto che non si sente la differenza con la tradizionale. E cercando si trova in giro anche in offerta.
