I was disappointed that the curved pieces weren't cut very precisely. In all fairness, this does show in the photo, I was just hoping for better. Also, I was disappointed that there was only one of the pieces on the front left and also only one set of the two blocks on the front right (in the photo of the curved blocks).The blocks are of a very nice quality wood and there are a lot of cool shapes. They have nice edges and the rectangular pieces are cut to size. I know my grandson will love it and will spend many hours playing with it!

As a teacher and mother of four children (13, 11, 7, 5) completely recommend these blocks. The blocks were given for Christmas and they have been used and used. I love that children of multiple ages can play and work together with this kind of toy. I have seen all combinations of my own children playing alone and working together. I can see them lasting well beyond me and becoming a family heirloom. Get them.

With a name like Childcraft, a company that has been around for generations, you know that you can't go wrong. These sturdy, maple blocks are and excellent choice for childcare environments, but the affordability makes them a great choice for home play as well.This set contains loads of shapes and sizes, which are just right for hours of play.

These are some seriously awesome blocks. Solid construction and heavy. Very good for building fantastic structures. Our 5 year old has been having a great time building all sorts of structures. These are the kind of blocks that are going to hold up to a LOT of play.

I like the blocks they are sturdy my rating has to do with the amount of the big blocks. It has one of each of the big blocks.

These were ordered for a preschool and they are wonderful. Smooth sides with sanded edges and corners. Very good quality. The kids love to play and build with them.

More than I expected! The blocks are great!
