Mountain Mist Batting Fatt Batt Polyester Quilt Batting, Queen Size

This is just thick enough to make the quilt a bit more fluffy and snuggly. It stays fluffy and feels nice and soft. I am glad I tried this batting because I wanted something a bit thicker than the regular batting and this fit perfectly :)

This batting bills itself as "extra lofty" and "more than twice as thick as regular quilt batting". I don't know what the manufscturer is comparing it to, but it was thinner than any quilt batting that I have ever used. I chose this product because of the description, because I want a full, lofty batting for the quilt I am making, but it is so disappointingly thin that I will be returning it. The batting is soft and uniform, as advertised, but it is not "Fatt."

Since starting to quilt last summer I have been in search of a batting that sews well & gives just the right amt of fluff....I believe I have found it. Very pleased with this batting ....

I love the Fatt Batt for my tied or slightly quilted projects. DH & I are sharing this batt for two lap quilts and are really happy with the result.
