Brass Floor Electrical Outlet with USB - Round Pop up Recessed Floor Power Outlets Box Cover Plate Kit - 15A GFCI Duplex TR Floor Receptacle

Looks great in my vintage 1978 GMC motorhome in the blanket box for the rear bed/seating area.

After minimal use, 3 of the 6 shorted out, I had to go back and repair them.

This looks nice and maybe if you get a functional one it might be good but the one I received does nothing but trip the breaker instantly... Luckily for me I was replacing a working but less user friendly outlet that I was able to reinstall so I didn't have a hole in the floor. One other thing I will note is the spring mechanism that is supposed to raise the outlet is very weak and I question how long it would last.1 of out 5 stars for getting a non-functional unit. I returned it and will be getting a different brand of outlet.Just my 2 cents,AK

Worked perfectly and looks nice!

The outlet would immediately blow the breaker. Also the USB port lines up perfectly with the brass cover release tab. When you go to raise or lower the outlet you have to hold the release tab open through the whole range of motion otherwise the release tab hangs up on the USB port. I returned this and went with a Leviton without the USB and it worked fine.
