Not the chair you are looking for
I was hoping for a lot more in a chair, but unfortunately I do not think this is the right chair for me. I work from home, so I am in my chair at least 8+ hours a day.The Good:The chair was fairly easy to put together. I liked the fact that they included a pair of gloves so you would not cut yourself or get machine oil on your hands. Really nice touch. The head pillow is also a nice touch. I do like this. I know there are many chairs out there with this, but I still like it so I can't complain about it.The color scheme is great as well.Lastly, adjustable arms are fantastic. This is a must in a chair that you spend many hours a day in.The Bad:The seat is not overly comfortable. It is fairly rigid and after several weeks of use, it has only become more rigid. The seat back seems to be getting looser and looser over the weeks. I have retightened the screws several times, but no longer do I sit up straight. The recline lever releases the seat very easy, but it no longer locks into the numerous recline positions. Occasionally it will lock, but more often than not it does not lock. So, no longer do I recline. Although, from the seat back loosening, I guess I am in a permanent recline. The seat is too long. This is a weird one, I know. But, it feels that the seat back to the front of the seat is just too long. Maybe an inch, or few, shorter would make this seem more normal, although it was something I noticed almost immediately after building the chair.I am sure this seat will serve its purpose for gamers that may recline at all times or not use it for 8+ hours a day for work. I thought that going to a gaming chair would give me a low cost alternative, that looked good, to some of the pricier "true" office chairs. I thought wrong on this one. I will continue to use until I can scrape together the cash for a new one, but I would not buy again for work. Maybe for gaming, but definitely not for a work chair.***Edit 1/4/2020I have to change my rating to 1 star. This chair has been nothing but trouble since the day I have bought it and I really regret my decision. I will not be purchasing this again. The recline issue was fixed when I contacted the company. The required a video and pictures and in about 2 weeks they finally sent me a replacement bottom plate. Problem was, they dont tell you how to remove the hydraulic cylinder. And, for anyone of you that have ever tried removing a hydraulic cylinder from a chair, I am sure you can feel my pain on this one.I ended up purchasing a new hydraulic cylinder because I ruined the original trying to make the replacement of the bottom plate on the chair. As of today, recline is yet again broken. Broken to the point where I went lay back and I ended up on the floor. This is a hazard and I can not recommend this for anyone. I hit my head on the concrete floor and have a broken $170 chair in my office. Time to go spend some money on getting another chair.

Very decent gaming/office chair
I bought this gaming chair to replace my over 10 years old office chair. I am glad that I made a right choice. I sit in front of the computer for long time and need something comfy to sit on. Even though I don’t play games, I love the chair that can be reclined for me to watch movies while I was surfing the web at the same time. So, I can bounce back and forth. The chair quality is good and should last long in my opinion. For assembly, it takes 25 minutes with easy to follow instructions. The color matches with my room decor. I would highly recommended this chair to all my friends.

Gas cylinder does not hold pressure, fixed
I ordered this chair because of the adjustable back support. I was very exited for this chair to come in to help with back pain while sitting at my desk. When I put the chair together I quickly discovered that when sat in the gas cylinder loses all pressure and it sinks to the bottom. I’ve messed around with it a lot and I can’t get it to function properly. Edit, after an attempt to take out the gas cylinder with a pipe wrench it seems that twisting the cylinder counter clockwise about a quarter inch has allowed it to seat properly into its place and now it functions as it should. I had reached out to Killabee about the situation before it had been resolved and they were speedy to reply and offer a replacement cylinder without any hassle. Great customer service and a very comfortable chair! The lumbar support adjustment is much for comfortable than the typical adjustable pillow. It is very similar to a comfortable truck seat with the air pressure adjustment. Very good quality compared to the cheaper chairs, it’s build quality compares to the 300-400 dollar gaming chairs but at a better price. I highly recommend this company and this product.

Nope - Not loving this
This chair is cool looking, however, it feels light and a little cheap. The assembly instructions were not very good. Had to go on YouTube to figure out the back attachment. I'm a small person and I didn't realize I was getting an extra-large seat so I don't fit comfortably in it. Sorry, if someone was on the larger size, I wouldn't trust this chair to hold the weight. It feels too cheap. I have a tendency to lean to the left when I sit in a chair too long and the seat started leaning to the left too. Anyway, I gave this chair to my teenage son and I bought a Lazyboy office chair that is way more comfortable and sturdy with soft leather at Costco for the same price.

Comfortable and Sturdy
I started streaming games on Twitch and needed a better chair to sit on for several hours at a time. The chair was easy to assemble, it took maybe 20 minutes at the most and there were no issues. My biggest problem with a lot of chairs is that they don't offer enough lower lumbar support. This chair has an adjustable knob to push out the lower back part. I also thought that the chair leaned nicely and was very comfortable. I've only owned the chair a few weeks but I am very happy with it. If I encounter any issues I will update my review.

Great Gaming Chair
I just wish I knew about this company before i went and bought 500 dollar chairs every time I broke one for being fat...now I only gotta spend 200...the back support shifted to the side a bit...but that comes with being fat, so far I'm happy with it.Updated review, two months later my back feels like I got ran over by a Freight Train. I don't know if it's because my back seat is crooked or what. But the message lumbar pillow is worn out, every time I put pressure on it the messager pillow turns off. So I'm changing my rating to a 3.5.

comfort
got the chair was easy to assemble and everything the only complaint is the arm rest when you go back there is no place to put your elbows the arm rest is only adjustable up and down but doesn’t go back so its no really comfortable if u want to lay back and use your phone or controller but overall the chair is good if they could change that minor thing it would be great chair
