If you are looking for definitions of the strange language used on Wall Street. Nora Peterson filled the bill for that nicely.I used this book in a class on investing that I gave a couple of weeks ago to High School students that knew nothing about the market and they even said now they understand things a bit better when these terms are put into simple english.I would recommend it to anyone who wishes to learn some of the terms they come across in researching the Market. Exactly what I was looking for. Wanted a book of “Wall Street” terms defined. This is it.

I have been investing for twenty years but do not consider myself an expert by any stretch of the imagination. Frequently I hear terms that I have forgotten (or never knew) and this book is invaluable as a quick reference.. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in investing.There are certain references in the book that could be explained in more detail but that is mot a knock on the book. It is as advertised.

I'm an MBA student and sometimes the jargon leaves me scratching my head. This is well-organized and a great overall look at all the finance terms people pretend to understand but really don't. Good purchase.

Not worth 19.95 new. If you look at the used ones and get it for 6-8 bucks I'd do that.

Thce content is fine, but it is extremely inconvenient to use as a reference digitally. I have the Kindle Fire, and navigating through this book is not worth the trouble.

Fine book for someone like myself who wants to know about terms and slang so you can figure out what the heck they are saying. So maybe make some money.
