I bought this to replace a master cylinder from a UTV brake system kit that came with a bad master cylinder. This worked great right out of the box, the outlet is 1/2-20 (I didn't find this in the specs or reviews before buying and it's important). Very beefy, good sized reservoir. Only thing I would mention is that this much cylinder bore and stroke (1" bore x 1-7/16 stroke) makes for a VERY stiff petal so if you are designing your own brake system make sure to give yourself a good amount of mechanical advantage in your brake petal arm design. Would buy again, do recommend.PS: it does NOT come with the cylinder pushrod that connects your petal to your master cylinder so you will need to source that separately.

Good price and fit my 1967 cj5 but the listing says made in US. Box says made in Taiwan, which is better than their neighbor imo.
