Yes they are ivory porcelain . They are beautiful! The ones i got with my set are short and small but theses are tall and a good size mug .

These are ceramic mugs with no travel lid or other "accessory". I'm not certain what you are asking, but these mugs are lovely and functional, but not "travel ready".
