Is this clay flexible when it has dried ?

Not very- It has a very slight squish, it's not hard and brittle like resin clay, but will snap if bent much.

Does this clay harden,I bought an other brand and it dried out like foam.

This also dries like foam and does not harden completely.

Is this meant to be kept in the fridge? The black especially is almost liquid in texture and impossible to work with

I don't keep mine in the fridge. Mine are kept at room temperature, in their wrappers, in my spare room.

Is this suitable for outdoor use once dry, i.e UV resistant and waterproof?

Its not clay, its like weird foam and goes really hard but light in weight when dry. The sun affects the colour too, I left what my child made on the windowsill and it changed colour, it will probably blow away if its windy too. We were really disappointed with this if im honest.
