Instructions very difficult to understand- update and question added
I just received this, so I haven’t tried it yet. Still trying to make sense of the instructions. The words are in English, but the way they are put together, I can only guess what they mean. Very disappointingA day later, I have used the device and have several questions, but I think I’m figuring it out. The site is not allowing me to ask a question, so hopefully I can get an answer here. I want to know which setting to use on buttocks, since that area does not appear on my device- just shoulder, waist, forearm, back, abs... Oddly, the other areas aren’t even mentioned in the online info.

I just ordered this product the other day and it came, yesterday, earlier than expected. I'm happy about that.Now, I'm trying to work on the settings. It's confusing but I'm starting to get it, so, no big deal.Now, the only reason that I'm not giving this product 5 stars yet, is because the last fitness that I bought 4 mounts ago; the arm and let bands went out after 1 week and the abs belt went out after, 25 days. It's strength caused it to make the bands stop working.I WILL revamp my review, if, needed.Now, I LOVE the lcd display but I wish it had a USB chargeable remote in order to make it easier to set.

My muscles were sore the next day! I used to lift weights but a spinal cord injury put a stop to that. I really didn't expect much but was very happy with the results. I have one request, needs to have higher setting. The highest is good for me now but I went down so I'd have somwhere to go when the setting is just not high enough. But I'd recommend it, especially if you have been living a sedentary life as I have

didn’t come with the USB CORD the controls are for everything but the area it is sold for and there are no instructions on how to operate the device, very dissatisfied!

it’s working so it’s worth it! The hips trainer is really useful , it’s perfect for after gym easy to use and can observe faster progress ,Really Hips trainer movement.. it really helps with muscle tone it takes a while to get used to the pulses .

It doesn't stick well to the skin. It falls if you are standing. It is small too...look like it was made for a 5 years old butt. Also, the battery does long more than 10 minutes.
