Great supplement to the casebook
Great book. Has all of the cases in the book with pretty detailed summaries. Sometimes the phrasing of a rule is unnecessarily complex, but you can understand it. Also, it only gives the rule in the case that is relevant to that section of the textbook although the case (and professor) may address other rules in the case.

Ordering is like playing Russian Roulette, one never knows
This book arrived like it had been soaked and dried out by Hurricane Katrina, I took it to school and pawned it off on another sucker for about 3.00, and I tried to re-order a used condition for much less that was in better condition than this supposedly slightly used book????
