A very valuable resource. Worth every penny. Accessible and practical. I recommend it regularly both for private practice and in-house attorneys.

This is a very short, cheap, informally written book. Sized like a short novel. If you are looking for a real concrete treatise on this subject with more detailed explanations, expect to pay over $100 for one of those fat books published by the ABA. If you already have one of those fat ABA treatises on this subject, you don't need this one at all.

David Tollen should consider bringing out a comprehensive edition of the same.

Recommended for both new and experienced attorneys. Excellent reference source. The documents are logically laid out and easy to use. The sample clauses are easily adaptable for use in different applications. The author clearly has mastery over this subject material.

Good primer, good reference. Once you have a few contract negotiations under your belt you may not pick this up too often but it will really help you get there.
