This is a good product. The results were reliable. However, this combo product had difficulty in terms of the results being automatically put online. I had to call to have the company send me an electronic version of the results. They were very professional and knew the technical details of I needed explanation.

Ordered the kit and came with very clear instructions as well as the necessary tools to collect the samples. Yes - gloves, mask, spatula, baggies, etc. Collected samples and placed in the box and return envelope and VOILA! Had a couple questions and the staff called me back. Great customer service. And most important - piece of mind knowing what's in the samples. Will not hesitate to use them again!!

The lab did what they promised, when they promised. Great directions.
