Not to sturdy, handles break off, you definitely cannot cut harder foods like meat or apples...

Update 7-18I never ended up getting different plasticware as I didn't have enough time but these turned out better i thought. No complaints from anyone during wedding.Original: After reading the reviews I decided to get the glitter gold ones for my wedding on saturday.They are Very pretty but I honestly was hoping for something more heavy huty.They are pretty flimsy, I'll more than likely have to look for something else so I'm not worried about them breaking in people's food.

Expected better
Value is ok, however item description said "Heavy-duty", definitely Not Heavy-duty! If you're purchasing this for normal everyday usage product will work. My household uses plastic wear for everything so, knives definitely won't work, forks are just ok the spoons work fine.

Better than expected!
Very cute! Better quality than I expected. Standard size, not very heavy or thick, but still sturdy enough to use on appetizers during a baby shower.
