Poor battery life. It requires charging every 6 hrs.

I really liked the watch till I got it wet. Being a sport watch you would think you could at least get it wet washing your hands. It freaked out soon after I washed my hands.

This was a CHristmas gift for my son, he loved it once we figured out how to get it to sync. But alas, it has stopped working and I can't reach product support. In the middle of a pandemic, I'll just have to bite the bulletUPDATE: After multiple emails back and forth I was able to return the watch for repair for $8 as it was still under warranty. It took about 6 wks, the watch has been repaired ( not replaced ) and IT WON'T SYNC :-D...but it tells timeAGAIN...NOT WORTH THE STRESS>>>DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH!

I liked the features and price of this smart watch. I was replacing a similar watch from a different brand and my main reason for changing was that it wouldn’t keep a charge all day. It was three years old and used to go multiple days on a full charge.I made sure the iConnect was fully charged when I started using it and was disappointed that I only got about 5-6 hours before I needed to charge again. I thought maybe I had a defective item and would’ve exchanged until I realized there were a lot of other negative reviews mentioning the poor battery life.If you’re only planning on using it a few hours at a time it’s great, especially for the price. I want one I can use all day so this isn’t a good fit.

I would not recommend purchasing this item. Battery life was about 6 hours, didn't keep good time. Finally died after 2 weeks. I sent it back to Amazon, thinking it was just a defective watch. So I ordered the same exact watch, same thing happened. Returned it for good. Do not buy this item. I thought that Timex was a good brand, never again.

will not sync with phone most of the app will not work

I had this watch for maybe a day...it started having a mind of it own..setting alarms to the screen was flickering. I never had enough time to get the watch wet or use it bc it malfunctioned so fast. 👎🏼

I wasn't able to press the icons to make changes because, either they were too small or my fingers were too large. It looks like it does a lot of things, but I only wanted a step counter. I returned it for something less intimidating. I guess I am too old for this evel of technology

This watch does exactly what's written on the box. But, I do not recommend this watch for athletes or highly active people. Yes, the watch does have a few physical monitoring functions, but unfortunately Timex did not support the use of those functions with a proper battery. The watch is perfect for the casual user but expect to put the watch on charge every night.I use the watch mainly to make/receive calls, see and read incoming text message, pedometer, calculator and know the time. The in watch dialer and contact list are a plus!So no, the watch is not THAT bad. Only thing that bother me is the poor choice of watch faces and low battery life.Conclusion , this is a good entry level Smartwatch for the casual user.

Junk kept loosing connection.
