Dark Rum pairs beautifully with Leather scent
Malin & Goetz never disappoints, the roller oils are amazing, I’ve tried the perfumes as well and the scent of alcohol in the perfume is not good. Stick to the oils! My only downfall is if i carry these around in my purse they have to be upright, otherwise leakage will occur. Dark rum & leather are beautiful together!

Dryer sheets? Fruity pebbles? Barber shop? (Updated)
Who ever thought this should be called ‘Dark Rum’ has never sipped dark rum. Nothing dank or molassesy about this— I’d hoped that the leather and patchouli would bring some amount of depth to this fragrance. There’s not even a tropical vibe. All I detect is dryer sheets. Save your $$ and buy a box of Bounce. Shame because I have some other products from this brand and I enjoy their fragrances tremendously. ETA: My husband loved the freshness of this scent on me, so I will give this several more tries. The next morning I caught a whiff and it still smelled of dryer sheets, but with lots of creamy sweetness on top. Will revisit this fragrance several more times with an open mind. Apparently the name references BAY RUM, not the liquor… which makes a bit more sense. Second ETA: This fragrance has grown on me in the most surprising way. Perhaps it needed the warmth of summer to be fully appreciated? I love it on a hot day with Irish Spring soap, and a light coconut body lotion. I WAS WRONG! This perfume is a delight.
