Works, but not without modification
TL;DR - infinity focus works fine (Exakta and Eos have the same flange distance), but to mount it, the automatic aperture arm needs to be removed on some lenses.I used this on a CZ Jena Pancolar 50/2. I had to remove the aperture arm, as it had a piece protruding even with the mount, which proved problematic as the adapter is flat metal with no indentation for it. This might work fine with other automatic and semi-automatic aperture lenses and will definitely work with preset lenses (works great on my CZ Flektogon). The adapter is well made, like their other adapters (I have quite a few PK to Eos adapter from them and they're great), and is tight. The only issue I see is theres no way to tighten it if it were to get loose in the future, but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. This adapter relies on tightness to keep the lens in place and there's no snap for the lens to stay, it's just kind of on there. I also have no idea what those copper springs are for, since they don't actually touch anything on the lens.Overall this adapter is awesome and let's me use my old Carl Zeiss Exakta lenses on my 60D without issue. I'll be purchasing more as I fix up more of my old Exakta lenses. Another great thing about this adapter is there are two places to possibly mount the lens, in case the aperture arm gets in the way. It also mounts it so the top of the lens is actually at the top of the camera, which is rare (usually adapters leave the lenses sideways a bit).

Solid With Some Adjustments
Solid adapter, but may need some modification. I had to squeeze evenly around the three risers on the lip with needle-nose pliers evenly in order to completely fit my Exakta lens--it would not completely mount otherwise. From my personal experience, I would recommend doing a practice run of proper alignment (that is, focal and shutter numbers on top), without committing to completely mounting it as it is hard to get of without fear of ruining the lens. The red dots on the adapter are just a guide and are not that accurate. I believe this adaptor wasn't meant for usage between several lenses.CAUTION: Make sure that the inner flat springs are tucked in. One was protruding a bit and I could hear a grinding noise as it etched a scratch into the inner part of the camera body.

Works pretty well, small amount of play
I bought this to mount an old Zeiss Triotar. Seems to work pretty well, but it has a small amount of play, this may be due to the fact that the focus ring on my Triotar is pretty stiff (I have to use quite a bit of force to turn it), so this might not really hold true on other lenses. Also when mounting a lens to this adapter you may want to use some work gloves, the metal is pretty thin and I did manage to cut myself a bit when twisting it on.

At present time is the only option available and without any compromise is perfect.
It fits perfectly to the auto RE Auto Topcor 58mm f1.4 and to the Canon mount EOS-FX. No data transmission i.e. frame value, autofocus and stabilization. Aperture control is only manual using the lens frame dial. As per attached pics I use this device to couple my lens to a lens turbo adapter. The result is excellent!

Does the job
Got my Zeiss Biotar mounted on my 7D. Only issue is the exacta part of the adapter could be a little more snug, literally only complaint

Beware: EXA to EF adapter has too much play and makes the it unusable.
The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to like this adapter, but it just doesn't have the production tolerances to make it truly usable. Yes, it works, and would OK for still photography I guess, but after adapting my old Zeiss EXAKTA mount lenses, there was just too much sloppy wiggle for video. Focusing either with my hand or with my follow focus yielded a constantly moving video frame. Check the video I uploaded here and see for yourself. I thought maybe I had a defective adapter so I ordered another one. Nope same problem. Then I bought an EXA to EF adapter at B&H, almost identical design, but made my Fotodiox. That adapter works! Tiny but acceptable wiggle with the Fotodiox. I returned the two Fotasy adapters to Amazon.

Very pleased customer
This adapter is a nice, high quality adapter that has brought me much pleasure and excitement. My old Exacta mount lenses have new life on the Canon EF mount film and digital bodies. I'm very pleased with the adapter and purchase. Highly recommended if you already have these lenses or are contemplating getting them.

Works good, but I have to remove the lens and reattach it to the camera after every shot.
Works good, but I have to remove the lens and reattach it to the camera after every shot. Maybe I'm not working it right, but it's a small detail since I don't use film for action shots.
