FIND A Spare Hoover Hose for Dyson DC25 DC25I Vacuum Cleaners

Easy fit, great value and just as good as the original.

The old hose had perished in several places and meant that I couldn’t use the extension pieces. This product fitted so easily, it works brilliantly in fact it’s like having a new Dyson again. Cleaning stairs and things will be easy from now on, I can even reach the curtain rails again. Fantastic value for money when I thought I needed a new cleaner 👍I would give it 6 stars if I could 😊

Item arrived in time and a very good price. Fitted the vacuum perfectly . The only disappointing thing was when using the wand the hose tends to twist round and you have to keep straightening it out. Its lighter in weight than the original Dyson. Interesting to see how long it lasts.

I purchased my Dyson DC25 from Comet long before it closed down in November 2012. It has given excellent service and the only problem I had was when the original extension hose split whilt I was recently hoovering the top step on the stairs.I immediately looked on the Dyson site only to find they no longer support servicing or spares for this vacuum cleaner. Turned to Amazon and found a replacement hose for under twelve quid.Delivery was next day, and despite the odd negative reviews I had it fitted and working in less than three minutes.No problems with quality or compatibility. Would recommend product and seller without hesitation.So, after more han 13 years service my DC25 is working like a dream.

This replacement hose for Dyson DC25 arrived promptly & as described by seller. The hose was easy to fit just the same as the original, slightly shorter but not a problem. All accessories also click into place without a problem. Not used it much yet but for the price seems a good purchase so far.

As I knew that this replacement hose was a generic one and not an OEM, I already expected that it would be made slightly differently. However even after quite a few attempts, I found it very difficult to get the bottom hose clip to snap into position properly, even though I had removed the dust collector on the Dyson. All of this was attempted after I had already discarded the hard plastic rubber seal protection ring of the new hose as instructed. I was having difficulty because the clip on the replacement hose was moulded slightly bigger in height than the one on the original hose. As I was using quite a lot of force to try to secure the hose in place, I was worried that I might snap either the clip on new hose or maybe the Dyson DC25 itself. In the end I had to force the clip into position with the help of some Vaseline. Anyway it works fine now. I know this is a lot cheaper than buying an original part but I do think the manufacturers should have another look at the design of their securing clip profile.
