I wanted a decent digital frame, at low cost, so my wife could look at vacation and family pictures while at work. This frame is the perfect size for a work desk and its resolution is perfect for the frame size. The colors are accurate and functions easy to understand. It even comes with a remote!I did have a problem with some pictures breaking up into three pieces when displayed. A few emails to a customer rep solved the problem: the pictures need to be formatted in the same resolution as the frame, 1024x768. Once I completed the reformatting (not a hard thing to do), the problem disappeared. Thank you FLYAMAPIRIT for a nice inexpensive frame and the timely help resolving my problem.

I've had this digital frame for 1 year. My son's photos are loaded onto a thumb drive which I have inserted into this digital frame, to run randomly (setting for picture show), for the past year. There were no problems, no changes to the frame's settings, and it's been the same series of pictures and the same thumb drive the entire time.As of exactly one week ago (pretty much a year to the day I purchased this frame) it started popping up a grey 'Decode Error' message box in the center of random pictures, and will not proceed through the cycle of photos. It'll start out fine, then just suddenly sits at 'Decode Error' and won't budge.I've tried hard reboots (unplugging the device, removing the thumb drive then reinserting both), and resetting the device (Under the Systems icon), but to no avail. I've tried just using the remote to shut off, then back on....to no avail there, either.Again, it's been the same thumb drive and photos (and these photo files are NOT corrupted). Just don't understand why this frame would work perfectly fine for an entire year, then suddenly is unable to 'decode' the image. I may just have to pay up a notch a buy a more reliable brand.Any suggestions for fixes on this device are more than welcome.

I got this as a gift for my elderly uncle so that he could look at some photos from the past easily. So I put all the photos on it for him and he loved it.

January 20, 2020So the company replaced the frame, I put a flash drive in with over 200 photos on it and the frame read it without an issue. My Nixplay that was 3X as much in price, can only read flash drives that have 100 or less photos on it. Does not matter the file size I even tried to downsize the photos and put more photos on the flash, Nix Play couldn't read it. If I put the smaller photos on the flash and only had 99 on it, the Nix Play read the flash but the images were awful!This is a much better frame.December 22After much research and a little help from calling Amazon CS I was able to contact the company through Amazon system and email, they promptly replaced the digital frame with no questions asked! Excellent customer service!December 2The motion detection worked great, the quality of photo is good, but not the best. One thing that never worked was the on/off-screen time. I have this in my bedroom and have to turn it off manually or lay it on the face or it goes all night. The motion detection is so good it doesn't miss the dogs or me moving in the bed.Worked great and just one day it stopped recognizing the flash drive. I tried a different flash drive and it still did not recognize it. I cannot find any warranty information on the product. It's useless now after 6 months of using it!

Wow, I am SO impressed with this!! My parents are too, it is a year later and my mom still talks about how good this gift was. Picture and screen quality is really nice and the process of loading pictures onto it is pretty easy! I would say it is awesome when comparing to other digital frames because my parents thought they broke it so they bought a different one and they said it was awful, but they figured out that the memory card was just corrupted so it all worked out in the end. Overall, still proud of this gift to this day! Perfect gift if you’re unsure of what to get anyone!!

This is my second picture frame as I have been using the first one which we absolutely loved. Everything is great, except I see a technical glitch where randomly some pictures are displayed upside down. I checked all such pictures on my computer and they are all proper. There is no way to make them straight in the picture frame. Unfortunately, I am beyond my return date of the this product :( Not sure, if the manufacturer can do something about this.

I gave this to my bf mom and she loved it. But I think you have to click the button to get to the next photo. Not sure tho.

UPDATE- cannot get this frame to work properly.I even deleted everything from the usb drive. And started over. It still shows old wrong photos so it somehow saved original photos and I cannot delete. No matter what others have suggested- it doesn’t work. Perhaps others have a different version or model- Ive uploaded a photo of what the back of mine looks like. Pressing those buttons doesn’t give me any delete options.This is only a few months old. It is garbage and a ripoff. Who would order a frame that displays whatever- even after delete from original source. Makes no sense.The picture quality is pretty good. It turned on immediately. Looks good.However,instructions not clear as others have said. Its just a photo frame so really this should have been clearer and easier.Another reviewer said easy to delete photos directly from frame- would love to know how? Ive wasted so much time already. Had another question about the date; emailed them directly but it takes them at least 24 hours to reply so I guess im doing that again.
