This is my go to product to condition, define my curls, control frizz & add shine
I absolutely love this stuff! As a curly hair girl, I am always seeking what product would work best for my hair. I want to keep it soft and shiny and have well formed conditioned curls with the frizz at a minimum (i live in florida so that's not easy). I have tried many more expensive brands but keep returning to this one because it by far is the best I've found and at a great price. It doesn't make your hair oily, sticky or crunchy just really moisturized and defined. It is also a nice consistency not too thick or too thin. Smells delicious too

🌴 New Go-To for My Curls!
Bought this originally at drugstore while at the beach and haven’t stopped using it since! I’ve been using this OGX Coconut Curls Styling Milk for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously loving it. It has a rich, creamy texture that melts right into my hair without feeling greasy or heavy. The scent is a soft coconut-honey vibe that smells like a beach day 🥥🌞 — not too strong, just enough to feel fresh. It gives my curls so much bounce and definition! I use it on damp hair after washing, and it helps tame frizz while keeping my curls soft and touchable. No crunch, no buildup, and it plays well with other products in my routine too. ✨ Lightweight but hydrating ✨ Helps reduce frizz and adds shine ✨ Smells amazing ✨ Great for wavy to curly hair Definitely a staple for wash days now. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a budget-friendly curl cream that works!

Beautiful curls mixed hair!
This product will give you curls. I do suggest using along with Aphogee curling serum. It works very well. Using that with this milk will add slick and shine. It's a learning process. If my hair is not freshly washed I can go 2 more days without a wash. I have naturally dry hair. However, I use a daily water hair spray mister and reapply product with a flexible brush. If you have not gone natural it will take longer for your natural curls to kick in. That means avoid the flat iron and stretching the hair out. It took me months to get to this point. First add enough the OGX into the hair to create a slick, especially tight curl areas. I sometimes use a very thin comb to spread product evenly and snap the curl in really tight areas. It may appear a bit milky but as it dries that will go away. I then add the Aphogee serum. Use your fingers to help those really tight dry curls. Mine are in the front of my hair. As you see in the pic you would never know, that's the area of my hair that is the most difficult and I am finally comfortable having curly bangs. Use a silk pillowcase and you will have less touching up the next day. I live in Florida and it is humid so it holds up as well as possible. Slight touchups the next couple of days and a wash. Now some people may say why wash 2 times a week? The slick will eventually look oily and my hair is really dry naturally. Any product I have sed on my hair for curls has alot of oil ( which is absolutely needed) and I get scalp buildup. I use head and shoulders in between washes just on the scalp area. Any product you put in your hair is going to create buildup. So my focus is skin on the scalp with shampoo and a nubby silicone scrubber- not the hair. Warm water rinse and then conditioner (do not apply to scalp). Apply to curly areas focusing on tight dry curls. I rinse with cool water and that's it. I just use Pantene shampoo and conditioner the rest of the time. Nothing too fancy. I'm sharing this for everyone out there with a combination hair curl pattern. Mine goes from 3c in the front to 3b to 2c in the back. It's also very thin bit I have alot of it. If I used a hair dryer it would automatically mushroom as I have alot of volume. This stuff tames all of that. I am even letting my hair finally grow longer as this product allows me to enjoy the curls.

Not heavy, adds shine reduces frizz.
I've used this for years. Doesn't weigh down my fine hair, adds shine, helps with frizz, smells awesome. Used about 1/2 tsp, absorbs well, not greasy as compared to oils such as argan oil, which 1 drop can slick the hair down & be heavier. This is a keeper.

Not Bad - It Works
I tried this OGX Quenching Coconut Curls Styling Milk on my mixed hair and it did help smooth out some frizz and add a bit of shine. The scent of coconut and honey is pleasant without being overpowering. I applied it to damp hair and it detangled moderately well, making my curls look a little more defined the next day. The texture is lightweight and did not weigh my hair down or leave a greasy feel. It worked as advertised for basic curl care and left my strands feeling soft to the touch. That said, I found other styling milks at the same price point that offered stronger hold and longer lasting frizz control. My hair type needs more moisture and definition than this delivers, so I ended up mixing in another product to get the results I was looking for. If you already use this and it works for you, there is no need to switch. For anyone new to curl styling, it’s a fine starter option, but those with very dry or coarse curls may want to compare a few products before deciding.

What is the difference?
I adore OGX, and have several curly girl products. My hair is fine, going gray, and thinning. It’s also 2b-3c curly. I got this one for the whole locking in my curls. Too soon to say if it is a dupe for JVN air dry cream, but seems to work well with my heat protectant. Really works when 1) I wash my hair, then gently blot out most wetness. 2) I spray the OGX Silk blowout milk, and carefully detangle my hair. Sometimes I put a mist of OGX Coconut Oil Hydrating mist next. 3) Detangle my hair, using my Wet brush to work product through to the ends, and even it out. 4) Then I get to choose: this product, apply This product.OGX Coconut Curls curl styling milk. (Feels the lightest weight, so usually I am using this before I straighten my hair) OR OGX Air dry cream (locking plus coconut curls) or OGX Pracaxi recovery oil combing cream. OR OGX Argan Oil of Morocco Curling Perfection Curl-Defining Cream, I am not sure which is most curl friendly. The pracaxi gives glorious curls, this product is super curl friendly. Jury’s out. THEN 5)I spray on the OGX miracle gloss I finger comb to make sure ALL the products are evenly distributed 6) Wen styling mousse (or JVN) 7) diffuse my hair, or heat style it, though most days I let it air dry. Before that, I am using so much product it almost squelches as I scrunch and I can maybe do two out of the four mentioned above before my fine, “naturally ornery” hair is overwhelmed. All of them do what their label declares. This is more liquidy, not a thick cream. Just depends on how much help I need. This product is great for next day hair, encouraging curls.
