Works great
Cuts the copper ring easily. Be sure to insert the round nose into the fitting if you are trying to save the old fitting.

Works for me. Does what it is designed for.
I am new to using Pex pipe and knew I would probably make a few mistakes. This tool makes it easy to remove copper bands and save the valve or whatever you are crimping. Can't imagine what a hassle it would be to remove a band without it. Great tool. Would recommend.

Only used it a few times and only on 3/4" copper. But did the job nicely!
I guess you can cut off the copper crimp rings with a dremel or hacksaw. But this is faster, easier, and less likely to cause damage. I only used it a few times, including 1 test cut, but it seemed to work just as expected. You do have to pay close attention to the adjustment dial and use it only as documented. But not hard to do.

This is a great tool to recover fittings from installed Pex
How come I never found this before? The only downside is that it does not appear to cut into the pex pipe itself enough to be able to get it off the fitting. So have to use the pex pipe cutter to cut the length of the tubing on the fitting and then it comes off.

A must have for plumbing
It did the job well. Made a clean cut on the old ring and with a few more motions it will loosen the ring for easy removal. The tool was sharp and ready to use.

Works Great Pleasure to Use
You'll have to adjust it but once thats done its a pleasure to use. I usually cut the ring, make a second cut not all the way through, this will loosen the ring enough to take off with your hands. Then I'll make 4 or 5 cuts about 1/2 way into pex pipe to loosen that up, then you can pull the pex pipe off with your hands.

Bought this item, thinking it was for pecks pipe ring removal, it is not. It is for copper ring removal and I’m sure it would work great for that.
