I love these multivitamins. My body doesn't handle the standard one a day, over the counter type vitamins, because of the additives and food colors in them. I can take these no problem and really feel the difference when I forget to take them.

My bone density test is coming up - so I will update at that time. This multi has the same calcium/mag as the straight calcium Phytovitamin - so they both should be equally effective. In the meantime I take 8000 units of D - walk or other weight bearing exercise. I can wait to see if there is any improvement in my osteoporosis from two years ago.

I have ordered and like to open the capsules and put in my yogurts or smoothies along with other powders.

We bought these and then saw, you take 4 a day! That's not what we wanted to do with expensive vitamins.
