These beans are so delicious! Good source of fibres,protein,calcium ,potassium. I wash them,put them in cold water and then boil gently for about 2 hours in an enamel cast iron . I do not add salt or other ingredients and the flavor is very good .

I was not Amazon's or Fed x fault. Nash Brothers inside package was too weak to hold the cans together. The outside box was fine. As Fed x just drops it off you have no chance to look inside and you should not have to anyway. Much thanks to Amazon for giving me my money back. Yeah to Amazon. Boo to Nash. I would have loved to try the product it sounded so good. Nancy Miller

I love not having to lug cases of these home. Legumes are high on my list to eat daily. Easy to have on hand. Will be ordering again. Maybe not as firm as some other brands I've tried, but great flavor.

These are delicious! They plump up big when soaked and cooked. Very happy that they are organic, too.

I like these with all the information on the package and knowing from where they came. Will purchase again in the future.

The Libby's organics were much better -- more firm.

Delicious black beans, and low sodium, too. Would definitely buy them again.Used them to make chicken chili and the recipe was great.
