SDA Laboratories Allergy Diphenhydramine Capsules 50mg 100 Each (Pack of 2)

I purchased this to combat insomnia. I must say, I'm very pleased with it. There is no sense whatsoever in purchasing the sleep-aide "Brands" that contain this very ingredient. I've worked in pharmaceuticals for many years; trust me when I tell you that "diphenhydramine" is "diphenhydramine". The 50 mg is potent! I take one capsule about a half hour prior to wanting to be asleep. It works like a charm. It also keeps me asleep as well. Even if I wake up for a potty-break, I am able to fall back to sleep almost immediately. I don't feel any sluggishness or grogginess in the morning. I am able to get up when I need to with no trouble.I've have tried so many "natural" sleep-aides. I prefer the natural ingredients; unfortunately, I could not find one that worked. I need sleep, so I have succumbed to a pharmaceutical.

Works as well as other brands of this product and is a good value. I sleep much better now that I take this each night. My allergies are still bad at times this year. I don't like to take this during the day because it makes me too sleepy, but I do take it each night. It does help some with my seasonal allergies, but doesn't eliminate them. I've never found a product that does, so I didn't expect this to do so. I purchased to help me sleep and it does.Yesterday I ordered delivery for dinner for my nephew, mom, and myself. I was so glad to have this on hand because an ingredient was added into my mom's dinner that she is very allergic to, that wasn't ordered that way. It wasn't an ingredient in the type of burrito she ordered. She didn't realize it until she took a couple bites. I immediately jumped up and handed her two of these pills. Thankfully catching it quickly prevented a possibly very serious reaction. Usually her eyes swell shut and her throat gets very itchy. She didn't get to the point of needing her Epipen. Such a relief! ****I don't recommend going against any physician orders

I buy this year after year for my dogs. Love the 100mg capsules. 2 bottles to a pack helps me keep from running out. When I open the 2nd bottle I tell myself to order more; buy the time I remember to do it, I actually need it! Perfect. Saves me a ton of money because they don't get allergy related ear infections (have also tried different foods etc and other allergy med). For my pack, it works!Also good to have on hand in case of human need, I guess. ;)Great product, great price, will continue to buy!

My kidneys are failing, and because of that, I have horrible itching on my back at night that keeps me awake. I've been taking 50 mgs of benedryl for years to help with the itch, and to help me sleep. The first bottle worked wonderfully. Loved that I only had to take one pill instead of 2, and the price was excellent. The second bottle, it took a while to figure out what exactly was going on, but had my husband pick up some benedryl from the store, and the itching and insomnia disappeared. One great bottle, one worthless bottle.

These are HORRIBLE, I have never had RLS after taking one of these, I couldn't stop moving my legs, they were in pain all night, I couldn't sit still, I will not be using these again. If you suffer from RLS, Restless Leg Syndrome, Avoid these at all cost.

I work 3rd shift and have a hard time falling asleep in the morning but also need to be up at a certain time to get my son from school. I use these along with melatonin to fall asleep and stay asleep for a decent amount of time. This time of year isnt so bad as the sun comes up much later, but in the summer when it's bright from 5:30am to 9pm I really need the help.

I take one ever night to help get good sleep. Been working great for me. I get a good solid 6 to 7 hrs of rest. Before maybe 4 to 5 hrs. Most the time taking one of these at night I don’t even know when the wife gets in the bed. I’m 56 years old so I don’t sleep as good as I did when younger.

I’ve tried many generic brands of diphenhydramine to go to sleep. Ever brand was equal in comparison except this brand. I took one capsule and two hours later I noticed nothing, I took another capsule and an hour after that (3hrs since the first dose) I finally started to feel a slight drowsiness. Normally every other brand, 50mg will “kick in” after 1hr. I’ve tried this brand several different occasions just to see if it was a fluke. Well, every time I was disappointed.As I’m typing this I took 50mg 2 1/2hrs ago, I took another 50mg about 1hr ago. I’m finally just starting to feel it.I recommend NOT buying this product. Every other brand out performs this one.
