Love the look.
I used in my laundry room to give it some personality. One full wall and chair rail height for the other 3. It is prepasted but I always use sizing and a light coat of paste. It turned out better than I expected. My husband was sceptical but had to admit he was impressed by the final result.

... far as to say it looks “real” but it’s nice, it actually looks more real in the photos ...
I wouldn’t go so far as to say it looks “real” but it’s nice, it actually looks more real in the photos than in person, but maybe that has something to do with the lack of texture. I think when the room is fully decorated and if you don’t look to close it is nice.Hanging the wall paper wasn’t nearly as difficult as I thought, there are some good YouTube videos that can help, I guess I was a bit surprise at how fragile it is, but it is paper, so I guess that makes sense. There was a tear on the middle of one of the rolls but I was able to work around the flawed section. The hardest part was really the ordering of the paper. The wall paper calculator stated I needed 6 rolls and the website clearly states that they are double rolls, but that didn’t register in my mind that I would therefore only need 3 rolls. I wish someone could have explained this to me in a way that I understood. Because I now have 4 extra rolls ( I order 7 thinking I would have one left over for the mistakes I assumed I would make) which leads me to the return process: Restocking fee is 30% and UPS ground would cost me $25.00 therefore its hardly worth sending it back, kind of a costly mistake on my part.

Realistic design look, ease of installation, durability and quick delivery
Read the reviews on Amazon before purchasing this product and was confident I would like the product based on those reviews. It was just the look I needed for a corner in my living room that I have been renovating with bright colorful paint (pics show renovation in progress). As a novice at hanging the wallpaper, my 1st advice is to follow the directions and don't deviate. You may need a magnifying glass to read the directions though! 2nd, if you solicit help from a friend, make sure they know the directions too. I called one of my fellow retired police officers and our attempt to hang the 1st piece of wallpaper was like watching an episode of the keystone cops. Some helpful suggestions after using this product are to 1. make sure you cut the paper and line up the bricks prior to pasting. Lining up the bricks does result in loss of footage so make sure you order a little more than you need for the space. 2. Make sure the paste side of the paper gets completely wet when you immerse in water. Directions called for placing the lightly rolled sheet into a pale of water, but when I rolled the paper out of the water, not all of the paste areas were wet. I believe the sheet was initially too tightly rolled when I placed it into the pale of water so I had to use a sponge to wet the dry areas on my 1st placement. 3. Use a sponge to flatten the paper on the wall as directed. I unfortunately used a smoothing knife, and as suspected made an unintentional slit on the sheet. Because of the pattern however, I was able to lay the slit edges together and the mistake is unnoticed. 4. Do not pull the wallpaper too tightly while hanging. My partner in crime tugged at the wallpaper end and ripped a piece right out of it. The paper is sturdy but is certainly not meant to be pulled at while wet. 5. If you overlap the sheets on the wall by more than 1/10th of an inch, you will need to use wallpaper adhesive to get those edges to lay flat. So, if you can help it, don't overlap. The paste on the wallpaper is quite effective if there is no overlay and placement looks so much better without the overlapping of sheets. 6. I cut the paper approx. 1" more in length and in width than I actually needed and used an utility knife to trim the edges. Caution: Wait until the wallpaper is completely dry before trimming the excess wallpaper. It is difficult to cut while wet. When dry, it was much easier. I placed a ruler on the edge of the wall and used the ruler to guide the blade of the utility knife. 7. I placed the remaining piece of the wallpaper on the wall on my own and by myself. Figured I was better off! I used tacks to hold the wallpaper in place on top as I went down the wall. It worked perfectly. 8. I fixed the rip that my partner in crime made in the wallpaper by finding the section of the wallpaper on the role that matched the ripped area. I then cut that section that matched, wet the cut paper, then placed it over the tear that was on the wall. No additional adhesive was needed and when the culprit of the rip stopped by to view the finish product, he was unable to identify where the initial tear was.Shipping: Received the product within 2 days of ordering it. Inside the packaging, the company even sends you a personalized thank you card for your purchase. Nice touch.I really like this product and 20 of my friends and family have already indicated that they too were going to purchase wallpaper from this company, after seeing it on my wall. The realistic look of the paper, ease of installation and durability, plus quick delivery of product without having to pay extra for shipping, makes this product my best purchase so far in my renovation efforts. I have 6 more rooms to paint and I plan on ordering from this company again to help add something unique to each rooms.

Good but annoying to use
It's a good buy for its use. Aesthetically, it gets the job done, especially in low light. Great for a moody area. The 1 thing i have an issue with (and it's a big issue,) is how annoying it was to cut. This wallpaper does not have the usual grid of lines on the back for easy cutting guides. You need a lot of patience to cut them to size and even then, unless you have the steadiest of hands and can cut straight with scissors, it'll come out crooked. Easy 5 stars if future production included the grid.
