Fun and Games with the Alto Recorder: Tutor Book 1

Not a Method Book for the Absolute Recorder Beginner
The book description isn’t kidding when it states that it is a continuation of work with the soprano recorder. It transitions nicely to playing the alto, but assumes some recorder facility and knowledge learned from playing the soprano. If you are a true beginner and interested in starting with the alto recorder, get a *beginning* method book for the alto.

Worst Alto method book I found yet
This is not a method book for learning the Alto recorder. It is poorly explained transition from soprano to Alto. I kid you not, the first lesson is figure out the fingering yourself for the alto recorder. The next 5 lessons are here is a soprano song figure out the notes for an Alto recorder yourself. You are much better off with the ugly old method books written in the 70s/80s
