Excellent product, installation easy with extra accessories
Works great. Easy installation on my 2011 Honda Odyssey. Nice that they included way more installation accessories than needed, just in case. Plenty of good quality hose included.

Prolong life of Honda Oddyssey Transmission
Installed on 2005 Honda Odyssey with 128k miles to prolong transmission life. Had it professionally installed. Bracket at top of radiator in front allows this to be installed using bolt and nuts passed through openings on the side of the cooler. This allows a more sturdy, solid connection. Make sure to change your transmission fluid with Honda correct fluid. I do not monitor transmission temperature, so I cannot report it's efficacy. The design had a passive bypass for fluid at low vs. high temp that offers advantages for cooling and warm up IMO. This model is overkill for 3500# to rating of vehicle, but for price, it is excellent value.

An inexpensive Honda Odyssey upgrade...
I installed this (by myself) on my 2007 Honda Odyssey hoping to prolong the life of the transmission. I had seen youtube videos and read some blogs that helped my decision to buy this model and take on the task. Not really that hard to do... the average DIY'er should be able to handle it with the average set of tools in a couple of hours. The kit was complete, offering instructions and different brackets for multiple ways to mount it. I was pleased with how I got mine to fit. All that's really needed is this kit, courage and a bit of info from the internet (like how to remove the bumper).I don't tow with my Odyssey, so I can't report this as a towing solution... but I haven't had any transmission trouble and I've got over 180K miles, so I'd say it was worth my time & money.

Probably overkill, but nice.
Put this kit in my 2015 Honda Odyssey. I think it’s actually a little oversized for the type of terrain and towing that I do, but oh well. Might need to block it in the winter to help keep the trans warmer, actually. Trans runs at 150F on the highway on a 75F day, and looks like 165F or so pulling a canned ham camper. Camper only weighs about 1400lbs, but pushes a TON of wind after about 60mph.Kit came with everything you need to get the job done. You do have to get a little creative with mounting, but it’s all doable in a couple hours if you’re handy.I use the Ultragauge MX (with Honda CAN programming) to keep an eye on the temps. Works great.AirLift air bags in the back to help with the squat. Highly recommend those and this cooler if you like to tow with your Oddy.

2012 odyssey elite, add 1/3 quart
Installed with airlift and curt trailer hitch. They provided enough hose to make it work. I added 1/3 quart of honda atf fluid after the install. I contacted the company and they said the tru cool 4544 fluid capacity is approx. 213.19 ml or .225 of a quart. I'm guessing that is only the cooler, not the extra length of hose or the fluid you lost when disconnected the hoses. So 1/3 a quart to add sounds good to me. Had to remove the battery to get a hose on, it was challenging but I got it on there, getting it off was just as hard.

Very good
Install was easy and it works good. Before my transmission temp goes to 215+ now it goes only to 180 and stable
