Ive owned this chair for about a year and a half now, at the 6th month mark the screws on the armrest started coming loose constantly, after a re-tightening itd only last about a week before coming loose again. At the one year mark every time I tried to recline the chair itd make a snapping sound like something was breaking, and then itd get locked in an upright position until i had to manually fix it. And just about 2 weeks ago while sitting in it a bolt just fell out of it and it has been a noisy hazard ever since, honestly id advise to just invest a little more money into a chair that'll last

Chair was a Christmas gift for my husband last year (2019) about 3 weeks a go the Hydraulics in the base stopped working so the chair will not raise up any more. I have emailed the seller with no response from them. The parts say they have a year warranty.

The picture makes the chair look quite plush. Truth is the padding is either thin or solid. I did provide really good back support but my rear went numb while playing a game.

Purchased as a gift for my husband to replace the old one he had. He loves it. Back support helps him a lot.

the chairs are strong and comfortable. the bad thing is my chair came with two right arms . never got a left arm.

Foot rest is kinda pointless. If you recline it's more comfortable without the lumbar pillow.
