First, you can banish the Dragon Rulers to activate their effects. You can also activate this face-down card in response to Mystical Space Typhoon and banish a Dragon to instantly Summon it.This card can be useful in Dragon-based decks, but make sure you plan how its effect is used, because your banished monsters cannot be accessed without using other card effects.

i saw it, read what it does and liked it. so i bought it. got here on it's due date. thumbs up.

I just need the new cards from structure decks it's easier to just buy the cards you need unless you need the reprinted cards from the structure decks.
